Tone-up - Have Fun - Learn a New Skill
All class sessions incorporate a warm-up, stretch, drills/technique, choreography and cool down.
Please ensure you bring plenty of drinking water and wear comfortable loose(ish) trousers eg yoga pants and a slightly fitted top - which will enable you to clearly see your upper body movements when dancing. You may wish to dance either bare-foot or bring along some ballet slippers/pumps. Various hip belts and dance pumps can be purchased directly from Michelle.
An enthusiastic teacher of bellydance, Michelle also qualified with the YMCA as a Fitness Instructor and Core Stability Instructor, which assists in her teaching a safe and effective class.
Michelle can tailor private belly dance lessons. Private classes or closed courses are not listed, therefore if you would like to enquire about hosting a course/worshop/class, please contact me for availability and full details.
Most Classes will close for August and some recommence the week beginning 6th September 2010 - (Malden Centre and David Lloyd, please click through for information - see below for individual start dates) Paypal for advanced payment is located at the bottom of the page.
